What do I need to register as a buyer?

What if the delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

There will be a rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email updates. If there is any type of delay in delivery, we will keep you updated throughout the process. Alternatively, you can mail us or reach our customer support.

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery.

You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again.

My order has reached the nearest delivery hub, but why isn’t it out for delivery yet?

It means that your package has left their warehousing facility and is out for delivery. This means that the package will be delivered to you in a few hours, depending on how far you live from the warehousing facility.

Can I pay with a credit card/ debit card and online banking? 

There will be an option to choose any of the types of cards you’re using, e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, or a store credit card. The merchant accepts all types of credit/debit cards and online banking.

Why products are not eligible for returns?

Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model if the product is used and color of the product ordered or incorrect product ordered. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the return period?

Once purchased cannot be canceled or returned after the post refund period due to regulatory issues.

My payment using the ‘credit card no-cost EMI payment mode did not go through, but the amount has been blocked on my card. What should I do?

You don’t need to have the entire amount in your account for your EMI purchases using credit card & debit card options. Bank will automatically or manually credit the credit amount in monthly installments. If at all amount is blocked, money will be refunded depending on the bank policy for refunds.

Are there any hidden charges?

No hidden charges. The final amount will be displayed over the bill.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If payment is failed, you will be redirected to the checkout page again and complete your purchase and transaction.

Is it safe to shop online, if I make a payment using net banking, debit card, or credit card?
