I have been using this massage chair for past 3 months now. I got it for 1.3 lac during dussehra sale. The experience has been great. It has so many modes available to suit to your needs. Though I could not use that many modes as a full body or neck & shoulder modes was more than enough for me. On my limited interactions for post sales and services I have few observations:
1. The delivery was made before time. The technician visited the same day and made sure that customer understands all the functionality. Did not ask for any tip which I liked.
2. I called them to gauge if customer care responds or not but it promptly responded to my query around warranty and repairs just in case it’s needed.
3. 1 year on site warranty is provided.
As Robotouch’s from Hyderabad, I would suggest locals to go after products from this brand as post sales service is the most important in this category.
